Colorado Springs Of Counsel Gina Byrd

Gina attended the University of Memphis, earning a liberal arts degree.  She also earned her law degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she served as an editor of the University of Memphis Law Review and graduated cum laude.

 

Gina began her legal career as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Holly Kirby in the Western District Court of Appeals for Tennessee, where she assisted with various civil law appeals.  She then practiced civil litigation in Memphis for several years before relocating to Colorado Springs, Colorado, securing excellent results for clients in medical malpractice and insurance bad faith cases.

 

Biography Overview

Since moving to Colorado, Gina has practiced family law and served as guardian ad litem in dependency and neglect cases.  Children’s issues remain paramount in Gina’s practice, and she focuses on the children’s Best Interests in all cases.

Gina has navigated divorce and custody issues of her own and therefore has a personal understanding of a client’s needs and concerns.  This is (hopefully) the only time an individual will encounter the court system, and Gina believes that her duty is to educate, support, and prepare her clients so that they get the best results from litigation.

Gina has joined The Law Office of Andrew Bryant as Of Counsel.

Gina is married with two children and two dogs.  She enjoys gardening, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking in beautiful Colorado.
